Winning Consecutive Awards for Participating in Research Projects! Nize Technology Contributes to Smart Port Construction

Recently, the results of the 2024 Science and Technology Award selection by the China Port Association have been announced. Nize Technology has won 2 special awards and 2 second prizes for its research and development projects, demonstrating the company's technological strength and industry contribution in the field of port technology innovation.


Special awards projects:

1.Complete set of technology and application for intelligent transformation of the entire operation chain of traditional container terminals

The project extensively utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5G communication, and develops a fully intelligent terminal production operating system iTOS with independent intellectual property rights. It focuses on solving the three major problems in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional terminals in China and provides the "Xiamen solution" for the intelligent transformation of traditional terminals.



2. Research and application of key technologies for intelligent collection and distribution system of large container ports empowered by autonomous driving

The project has created a new integrated operation model of "vehicle-road-cloud" for intelligent collection and distribution of large container ports empowered by autonomous driving, which effectively supports the optimization of Yangshan's world-class hub port intelligent logistics ecosystem and can improve more than 13% of the overall collection and distribution efficiency of Yangshan Port. Some achievements of the project were successfully implemented and promoted in Chancay Port, Peru last November, which is another successful technology export of China's program in the "the Belt and Road" strategic country after Haifa Bayport.



Second prize projects

1.Key technologies and applications of B-TOS localization for intelligent production control system of bulk cargo terminal

This project is led by Nize Technology, independently developed the B-TOS system, which breaks through three key technologies: domestic full stack technology based on microservice architecture, multi scenario intelligent scheduling algorithm, and real-time data visualization control. It achieves full link localization adaptation of operating system, database, and server. The achievements have been successfully applied in Shanghai Luojing Terminal, and successfully won the bid for the Peru Chancay Port project, promoting China's port technology to global, and providing a demonstration for the upgrading of the "the Belt and Road" port.



2.Key technology research and application project of integrated collaborative platform for port logistics chain of all business types of goods

The project aims to create an intelligent and efficient port operation system with the goal of achieving the "Four First Class" goals, and promotes full chain collaboration of ports through technologies such as intelligent gates, digital yards, and unmanned cargo handling. The results have been successfully applied to Fangchenggang Port, significantly reducing labor costs and improving throughput, and have value for replication and promotion in the national port and shipping industry.
