Nize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is the first technology-based-mixed-ownership enterprise newly established under Shanghai Internation Port(Group) Co., Ltd., as part of the "Three-Year Action Plan for State-owned Enterprise Reform", with a registered capital of 94.861 million yuan. Since its establishment over four years ago, the company has obtained important qualifications such as software enterprise, high-tech enterprise, scientific and technological innovation enterprise, and port-based specialized and innovative enterprise.

As a comprehensive solution provider for the digital transformation of transportation and supply chains, Nezha Technology has delivered intelligent operation systems for automated container terminals to 14 terminals worldwide, including Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV, the largest and most advanced automated terminal in the world.

In 2021, the system was deployed at Bayport in Haifa, located on the Mediterranean Sea, marking China’s first export of advanced “smart port” technology and management expertise to a developed country. In 2024, it was implemented at Chancay Port in South America, a flagship project under the high-quality China-Peru Belt and Road Initiative cooperation, helping it become the first smart port in South America.

Nize Technology continues to expand its domestic and international business. Its domestic business has gradually extended from the Shanghai Port to the Yangtze River Basin, the Bohai Rim region, and the Beibu Gulf region. Its products have covered more than 60 cities in China. Its international business has extended to important ports along the "Belt and Road", such as Israel and Brunei.
The company is deeply engaged in national, provincial and ministerial key R&D projects, successfully applied to undertake the major project of "New Generation Artificial Intelligence" in "Science and Technology Innovation 2030" initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, took the lead and undertook the key core technology tasks requested by the Ministry of Transport, and jointly undertook R&D work of the first batch of intelligent transportation application pilot projects launched by the Ministry of Transport. The company's multiple research achievements have won the special prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Ports Association and the Gold Award of the China Association of Inventions.
