On December 9th, Nize Technology held a grand founding meeting of the joint-stock company and officially changed its name to Nize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This marks the company's new journey of high-quality development and a new step forward in terms of equity structure, organizational form, and corporate governance. 

Huang Heng, the general manager of Nize Technology, shared the company's reform and development process and future development vision at the founding meeting. He stated that in the future, Nize Technology will deepen its technological foundation, optimize the product ecosystem layout, focus on the entire smart port and shipping industry chain, build comprehensive smart logistics service capabilities, and accelerate the overseas market layout along the "Belt and Road Initiative", allowing Chinese wisdom to shine on a broader international stage.
