On May 26, the Maritime Silk Road Port Cooperation Forum was held in Ningbo, with the theme of "Green Sharing, Smart Interconnection", focusing on the high-quality development and new business transformation of the port and shipping industry. At the Port Technology Innovation Conference held concurrently with the forum, Nize Technology won 2 grand prizes and 2 second prizes for its outstanding achievements in the field of smart ports.
Grand Prize Project:
1. Complete set of technology and application for intelligent transformation of the entire operation chain of traditional container terminals in Hong Kong
2. Key technology research and application of intelligent collection and distribution system for large container ports empowered by autonomous driving
Second Prize Project:
1. Intelligent production control system for grocery terminal B-TOS: key technologies and applications for localization
2. Research and application of key technologies for the integrated collaborative platform of port logistics chain for all types of goods in the industry
At present, standardized and efficient containers are increasingly becoming the mainstream of logistics transportation. Unlike the highly standardized management of containers, the transportation of bulk goods is known for its "non-standard, heterogeneous, and diverse" nature, covering a range from bulky coils of steel, mechanical equipment, wind turbine blades, to light, small, and precise chips, finished parts, special equipment, as well as bulk commodities such as coal, grain, wood, and liquid chemicals. There are significant differences in the form, weight, stacking method, safety standards, and other aspects of various types of goods, which directly lead to a high degree of differentiation in the operation process, loading and unloading technology, equipment matching, and scheduling logic of the terminal. This non-standard and variable characteristic determines that the complexity of managing bulk cargo terminals is much higher than that of container terminals.

Nize Technology focuses on the reconstruction and efficiency improvement of on-site port and shipping operations. The independently developed B-TOS system is designed to address the pain points of fragmented, complex scheduling, and difficult standardization of processes in general cargo terminal operations, creating an intelligent production management platform for the entire process. The system integrates key technologies such as microservice architecture, visual central control, and AI intelligent scheduling to achieve end-to-end closed-loop control from ship planning, yard and bridge scheduling, storage management to report generation.

Taking the Luojing Port as an example, after the deployment of the B-TOS system, operational efficiency has significantly improved, net profit has increased by over 100 million yuan, and the number of foreign trade large ships has increased by 37% year-on-year. The average accuracy of ship berthing and yard cargo handling has reached over 99.99%.
At present, the system has obtained 2 invention patents and 1 software copyright, and its technology has reached the international advanced level. In addition to successfully winning the bid for the information technology project at Chancay Port in Peru, it has also been implemented and applied in smart port projects in multiple Southeast Asian regions. In 2025, Nize will further promote and replicate the B-TOS system at ports such as Zhanghuabang and Longwu, empowering more port areas to improve quality and efficiency.
Nize Technology will continue to adhere to the concept of "technology enabling effectiveness", focus on process optimization, efficiency improvement and industrial coordination, serve the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the construction of a transportation power, continue to promote China's smart port and shipping technology to the world, and contribute to the digital transformation of global ports.
